Summary: The house was as expected, but the bikes were not. I was able to call the property manager and get it resolved within 24 hours. The property folks were very helpful, but did not call back to confirm plans as they said they would. But the new rental bikes showed up promptly. We loved the neighborhood and short bike ride to the beach! The pool and community pool (gathering place) was nice. We used the state park trails for hiking and biking.
