Our cottage completely renovated located in the mountains of Lyonnais is near the center of the village of Brullioles in an old farmhouse typical of the region, quiet on 1ha and a half of land, bordered by a river not overlooked.
Access to the cottage, independent, is through a small grass path 50m, accessible from the parking by a small staircase of 7 steps.
The cottage stays cool even in strong heat for cool and relaxing nights.
It has a capacity of 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and television, a bedroom with a double bed 140x200, a dining area and a desk, wifi, and a large shower room with toilet.
A parking space is available and access to the cottage is independent.
Private garden of 400 m2 with direct access to the swimming pool common to the cottage, and ourselves, who remain very discreet to privilege the comfort of our guests L 8M x W 4 M
