Positive: Once you get inside the front door to the building it is really well presented. Very clean, we were in Flat 3 and the ensuite in bedroom was a nice surprise. Washing Machine + dishwasher with provided tabs, plus towels also! Lots of space and really well equipped. Great communication with landlord when needed to check something. Was very pleasantly surprised how lovely it was after seeing other reviews. Only 5 minutes walk into St Stephens if take short cut down Park Street also!

Negative: Could do with better mattresses as this would be the deal breaker for us coming back. Also only a 2 seater sofa for 5 people was a bit difficult but managed. A lick of paint on the outside would make it look better for first impressions.
