Our cottage offers over 2000 sq. ft. of private space overlooking the 16th fairway/green of a Jack Nicklaus course in a gated community. You’ll will have a choice of the upper level, lower level, or whole home that faces the golf course and is actually your front yard. The photos are labeled upper and lower. We offer whole home rentals which include both levels (pricing below) as well as single level rentals. Single level rentals come with their own private entrance with the choice of upper level or lower level (pricing below).
This main unit has 1 oversized master bedroom suite, queen bed, and private bath. There are two other bedrooms, one queen suite with an adjoining room with twin beds. There is a large common/recreation area that includes a fully furnished kitchen: i.e. stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, TV, coffee pot, cookware, and utensils; as well as a full-size billiard table. The large common area allows access to an oversized patio that faces the golf course.
