The space
Kind of open floor flat unitI. It is a totally furnished unit with a main living area that includes a kitchen with utensils and a dining table set and in the living room there is flat screen plasma smartTV, with high speed wifi internet so the guests will be able to access Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, and other streaming services that they have hired.
The bedroom has a Queen size bed. The condo is very spacious and bright, and it's means of ventilation is by ceiling fans at each area.
Guest access
Essential services has WiFi, Plasma screen, electricity gas and water included; and monthly stays we include weekly cleaning with change of sheets and towels; although it is always available on request nominal fee for any stay.
Other things to note
Guests, parties or events are not allowed, smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, keep in mind that smoking inside the apartment will carry an extra charge of $ 250 USD; pets are allowed in many cases, but may be subject to an additional cost. Please ask if this is your case.
