Getting Around:
This home is in a very residential neighborhood. There is ample parking in the driveway, and free parking down the street for anyone who doesn't fit in the driveway. Tempe is most easily explored via car, but there is also the light rail (similar to an above ground subway) that provides access around the ASU campus area and downtown Phoenix.
Other Things to Note:
Backyard Safety measures: The back gate has a pull string that is high up, but isn’t self-closing. Pool alarms are installed on all the windows from the back of the home to the pool area, and the door from the backyard has a secondary child handle where you have to open two handles at the same time. There are also locks on the frame of the windows to the backyard that are screwed down to prevent the windows from sliding open.
