Located in the prestigious Roseland neighbourhood of Burlington, Mulberry House on Lakeshore road offers custom kitchen, four bedrooms and three bathrooms with ample parking and a two car garage.
Mulberry House By The Lake, inspired by the beautiful Mulberry tree that adorns the front garden was originally built in 1937. With additions of modern master bedroom, bath, and living room in 2003 and renovations in 2016, was home to our family until recently.
The home offers an elegant mix of historic architecture and modern upgrades. Across from the house is Port Nelson Park with gorgeous views of the Lake. The area offers excellent biking, walking, and running trails that contribute to the amazing family friendly and healthy lifestyle that is signature Burlington. It is walking distance to the fine dining, bars, shopping, and entertainment of downtown Burlington, a short drive to downtown Oakville, and easy access by GO train or drive to downtown Toronto.

Summary: We were a group of eight ladies, over the age of 60, on our annual GGT (girly golf trip). For us, the house was perfect and in an excellent location - Central to the golf courses and eateries. We loved staying here & would definitely stay here again. A few observations however: - Light in garage on constantly - we had no access to turn it off - plug in second bathroom does not work - patio and yard needs to be cleaned up - landscaping out front needs a trimming badly - towel wedged in the shower door - Cuisinart knife – the finish is shedding - tv instructions - couldn’t always get it And a big thank you for the butter tarts and danish. This was a nice added touch. And thank you for the coffee for the coffee maker as well. Again, a nice touch.
