★ LIMITATIONS ★
➞ This unit shared a wall with another unit on the same lot. The neighbor on the adjacent lot owns roosters and dogs. They can be loud sometimes.
➞ The outdoor dining chairs shown in the photo is for demonstration purposes only. We will provide foldable chairs for your use during your stay. Please note that the chairs provided may differ from the designer chairs shown in the photo.
➞ Please don't park on the driveway. You can park on the street but need to follow the rules on the signs, including no parking during street sweeping.
➞ We don’t have cable, but you can stream movies and videos with WIFI
➞ The Backyard, Grill, Washer, and Dryer are shared with other guests staying on the same lot.
They can access back yard only when using the Grill, washer and dryer before 10 pm and after 7am. Please be kind to each other.
➞ We provide a charcoal grill, but you need to bring your own charcoal or buy from local stores.
➞ We don’t have dishwasher, please plan to wash dishes by hand. We don’t have microwave, but we do have a stove and oven to cook your food.
➞ There are split system air conditioner in each bedroom, but there is none in the living room.
➞ We have security devices to ensure the safety of our guests and the property.
