This 3,927 square foot contemporary home welcomes you with an open-plan kitchen, sun-drenched living areas, and a private work nook. Antique chandeliers from Asheville's historic Battery Park Hotel add a touch of elegance, while unique features like an exposed boulder on the deck and a deluxe dog kennel under the stairs make the home unforgettable. The main house offers three bedrooms and three full baths, including a main suite with a king bed, sitting area, private balcony, and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each have two queen beds, and there is a full sleeper sofa in a cozy upstairs sitting area. Guests can relax with streaming TV, gather at the poker table, or enjoy a game of darts or indoor shuffleboard.
The guest cottage is a comfortable, fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath residence that provides extra privacy for larger groups. It features a king suite with an ensuite bath and a bunk room with four twin beds, along with a kitchen, laundry area, and welcoming living space.
