3 Bedroom House with Air Conditioner, TV and Sports
We took a year off from hosting but, are pleased to announce our home is available to rent again this fall. Enjoy beautiful seasonal views and access to all Sunapee has to offer including skiing, boating, hiking, and local shopping! Four minute drive to the ski hill and eight minute drive to Sunapee Harbor.
Our fully furnished, 3 bedroom 2 full bath home is all on one level. Guest will enjoy a master bedroom with king size bed and an updated, spa like, on-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with one queen bed and third bedroom with two full size beds. Large living room and open concept kitchen and dining area. Fully enclosed summer porch for added space to spread out. The single car garage allows for guest to park indoors during the winter months and out of the sun during the heat of the summer. Two additional outdoor spaces are also available for guest use. Plenty of room to store ski gear and winter clothing in the garage foyer.
