Easy access to freeway 210 and 605! 15 minutes to Pasadena, 20 minutes to major shopping mall, 30 minutes to downtown LA and Universal Studios Hollywood, 30 minutes to Disneyland, 39 minutes to beach!
Our beds are super comfortable with very clean sheets and beautiful bedding!
Guest access: 2 car garage, 2 car driveway parking, daytime parking on the street (no parking from 3:00am-6:00am)! thank you very much for your cooporation! Keypad code will provide to enter.

Neighborhood overview: 7-11 is down the street, exit freeway gas station, CVS, fitness, restaurants. Golf Course, Encanto Park, Historical Museum, Bike/Multi-Purpose Trail, Royal Oaks Park, Fish Canyon Falls.
Getting around: Uber, city bus, also public transportation but we highly recommend a car anywhere in Los Angeles. However, there are bus stops near by as well as a metro gold line station 5 minutes away that takes you to the heart of downtown LA.
Other things to note: Black trash bins on the sideway are for waste, the blue one is for recycle items, please do not use the green trash bin designated for the gardener only. Please do not make loud noise after 9pm(weekday)-10pm(weekend) effect our quite neighbors! Smoke outdoor only!
Please be aware of the House Rules:
Our beds are super comfortable with very clean sheets and beautiful bedding! 5 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms. We offer FREE SPA hot tub daily from 3pm-9pm!( may not available due to repairing and maintenance), In the summer the pool has to be filter 5 hour please do not use SPA before 3pm . The pool can be filtering fully to prevent alga grow.
2 Tv installed . 65” in living room and master bedroom . ROKU installed on both , you can sign up any trial through app on the ROKU to watch your favorite channels
Provide towel one for each guest for indoor use . There is more outside use towel on the cabinet in the garage.
- SPA and SWIM pool may need emergency repairing.
- No loud party after 10:00pm!
-SPA time is from 3pm to 9 pm.
- Please use foil paper we prepared for BBQ!
- Please rinse dirty dishes place them in the dishwasher!
- No trash in the kitchen sink and dishwasher, trash bin is under the sink cabinet, more trash bags are provided!
- Please do not put anything else in the toilet besides toilet paper!
- All white towels we provided are for indoor use only please do not use them outdoor! Outdoor dark brown towels are provided can be find in the entrance cabinet.
- No smoking indoor, outdoor only! Ashtray provided for cigarettes!
- Accidents may occur, please inform us of any breakages.
- The person booking is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your group.
- The property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
- The person booking is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your group. Guests are responsible for any fines or penalties for disturbances. Any report from the neighbors of disturbing the peace will be cause for immediate termination of guest privileges and cause for immediate eviction without refund, if police involved all deposit will be charged.
- Guests will be responsible for all damage or breakage and/or loss to the property, except normal wear and tear. The guests will leave the premises in the same general and good habitable condition.
