This 1,400ft², newly remodeled guest house with a private entrance has 2 rooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a large living room with an open floor plan. You will have TWO of your own patios; one with excellent views of the Superstitions, and the other with views overlooking the city. Whether you’re seeking an active outdoor adventure, a destination, or simply a quiet place to enjoy the beautiful scenery, there is no need to look any further :)
The space
Guest house has been completely remodeled. A lot of love has gone into making it a clean, modern, and welcoming space. The views of the mountains and city are truly breathtaking!

We own the home perpendicular to this guest house (think of it like an L shape) the houses share a courtyard (guests do not have access to the courtyard) and the houses do not share any walls or doors. We are close enough to make sure you are totally accommodated!

Summary: The location of this VRBO is awesome. It was perfect for attending a wedding at the paseo. The views were amazing from the patio. The cleanliness however… was poor. There were bugs all over the bathroom. They were caked onto the inside of the bathroom lights. The drawers were not clean. The shower supplies were mediocre. I hate leaving bad reviews, but the bug situation in the bathroom was bad. It ruined this stay for us.
