The space
The large open dining area leads onto the walk out deck which has a table for open air dining and a spectacular view of the Front Range. All three living areas provide breathtaking scenery from the main level, downstairs, and right next to the dining area/kitchen - so you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature from anywhere in the home.
No need to worry about peace inside the home either - with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for up to 14 guests to fit comfortably. The main level master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, private bathroom, and direct access to the deck. The three other downstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed. In addition to a queen bed, one bedroom has a sleeper sofa, walkout sliding door to the backyard, and a table set up for working. One of the queen bedrooms includes twin bunkbeds, which makes for a great family friendly set up.
With so much space inside and outside the home, it is the perfect place for gathering with friends and family, or for hosting private celebrations.

SMOKING
To keep Mountain View Country Home fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside. If smoking is detected, there will be a $400 deep cleaning fee for odor removal.
PARTIES AND EVENTS
All parties, celebrations, and events must be prearranged. Any evidence of large parties, celebrations, or events without prior approval will result in $500 fee and immediate termination of your stay. Gathering with your group of guests at the home is of course welcome.
