Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is nice, the home was comfortable, altogether a good stay, kitchen had a wide variety of pots, pans, bowls, dishes etc.

Negative: The kitchen was dirty on arrival (food residue splattered on cabinet doors and stove hood), the kitchen faucet was very loose (we tightened it), baseboard molding was very dusty in hallway. There was no all purpose cleaner. But what was most irritating was that the WiFi went down around 2p one day and was not fixed until 11a the next day. With no cell reception we had no means of communication. We had to go to a nearby hotel three times to call and follow up with the management company to fix the issue, which was the bill was unpaid!
