*This unit can be easily accessed from the Founders Pointe garage (level two). Please use exterior access doors, located in the garage near the elevator access doors. The garage access door has a sign with the unit number posted beside the door. This unit can be accessed from the outside as well; please follow the sidewalk (right side of main lobby doors up stairs to second floor).

Although the towns of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the Winter Park Resort is closed approximately between:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Elevations by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.

Please be aware the amenities deck, including hot tubs and grills was/is under construction for Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe. There may be loud construction noise while hot tubs replacement project is completed. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. If you have any questions, please message us.
