Important Notes Before Booking:
- The property's long driveway, directly off the highway, can be hard to spot at night. Please be sure to look for the gravel entrance.
- Ample parking space is available.
- Situated adjacent to woods, expect increased bug activity in warmer months. Despite monthly treatments and regular cleaning, some bugs may enter. To minimize this, keep doors closed, maintain cleanliness, especially in food areas, and securely store all food. Leaving food or trash outside can attract bugs and wildlife.
Pet Policy:
- Pets are welcome with a $100 fee per pet.
WiFi/Cell Service:
- Satellite internet (Viasat) is available due to the remote location. Standard WiFi services are not feasible here. While we aim to provide reliable service, speed and reliability aren't guaranteed. Cell service is generally good.
Water and Septic:
- The property uses private wells and septic systems. Please keep in mind the potential high mineral content and water odor/color. The septic system is sensitive; flush only toilet paper to avoid clogs. Guests will be liable for repairs caused by improper items being flushed.
On-Property Pond:
- Entering or swimming in the pond on the property is strictly prohibited.
Hot Tub Use:
- Guests are responsible for any damages to the hot tub. Avoid using oils, soaps, or any harmful materials in the hot tub. Glass items are forbidden near the hot tub. A $100 cleaning fee applies for violations, and damaging the cover incurs a $500 charge. Keep the cover on when not in use.
Hot Tub Liability Waiver:
- By using the hot tub, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks, including injury or damage. Guests assume all risks and release the Host/property owner from any claims related to hot tub use, including injuries, accidents, or damages.
Please make sure you understand and comply with these guidelines so you can enjoy a safe and enjoyable stay.
We require that the guest who made the reservation has their ID verified with Airbnb before they arrive and is present for the reservation.
We have a $80 per hour unapproved late checkout fee. If our cleaners have to leave and come back, there is an additional $80 fee.
Enjoy yourselves! Our amenities are for you to sit outside and relax 24/7, but please do so with our neighbors in mind.
Outside of quiet hours, please refrain from yelling or playing loud music outdoors.
Please keep doors and unscreened windows closed as much as possible.
Please do not connect security cameras to our wifi without informing us first.
Please do not trespass on our neighbor’s property, porches, etc.
Pets:
Our pet fee is charged through the platform at the time of booking when you add pet guests to your reservation. If you need to add a pet to your reservation, please submit an alteration request or reach out and we can send you an alteration request :)
Please disclose all pet guests, both visiting and overnight.
Please keep your pups on a leash outside.
