Thank you for viewing our gorgeous barn-home conversion nestled on 130 private acres in the great Appalachian Mountains. The unmatched views from the front porch will leave you speechless year round. This is the ultimate mountain getaway with access to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in all of Tennessee.
Nearby you'll find fishing, rafting, and hiking as the outdoor activities are endless. The property is 15 minutes from the quant downtown of Erwin, TN. In 40 minutes, you'll arrive at downtown Asheville. Sugar and Beech Mountain are about 1 hour away.
The property includes a hot tub and an outdoor fire pit where guests are welcomed to burn our firewood. Come enjoy the fire and make s'mores while the kids play a game of horseshoes nearby!
Please note that the living quarters are built into the barn. The main floor includes the full bathroom, king suite, living area, dining area and kitchen. The second bedroom including the queen bed and full bed is on the second floor of the barn where guests will walk through the barn to travel between the living spaces.
