Summary: The property in and of itself is fine. Great views. However, here is what made it less than for me:1. The Check In Process: I received multiple emails giving me my door code. When I arrived, it was snowing and windy. I took some items with me to the front door only to find out my code didn't work.I dragged my items back to the car (didn't want to leave them unattended in the snow) and called the company in the email. The person I spoke with had me try to reprogram the lock. So there I was, not dressed at all appropriately for the weather (I hadn't been planning to spend extended time outside in the snow) trying to do this. It finally works and in I go.But wait - there's more!I try the lock again to confirm. This time, the door is open, I'm inside the unit, and I have manually locked it. The code won't work. The guy on the phone has ZERO solutions for me. ZERO.I locate a second number for the property management company. This guy is also of no help. He tells me he will let someone know I am having problems with the lock.When I finally get him to understand that if I leave I will be locked out he gives me an emergency doe to use which worked fine and apparently was always an option.Time Spent: 45 minutesAlso, at no point did anyone ever come by to do anything with the lock.2. You will hear the people above you. The first night I had a family above me with young children, between 5:00-10:30 I got to hear all the running, crying, and screaming. I
