Summary: First of all, the mattress was the worst we ever slept on-- huge sinkholes that felt like I was being swallowed up. We had flip the mattress over, & there still were sinkholes on that side. Told the front desk the next day, & the desk clerk stated he would have someone call us. No one evercalled us. We wanted a new mattress or mattress topper since the hotel was sold out. Complained yet again the next day, & still no response. Also, the air-conditioning didn't work. There was so much noise in the piping in the walls too. Sounded like a constant river running through them. No tissue to blow your nose was provided. No shampoo either.
