This charming bohemian space is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom whole private 1st level apartment with a private patio entrance in a gated condominium community suitable for 1-6 Adults: The entire apartment is private and only for guest enjoyment. *White bedding, towels, etc. are changed, washed at the highest heat setting, and bleached after every stay.
*Decorative pillows and blankets are disinfected between guests and washed as needed.
GUEST ACCESS:
The community is gated. Guests will have access to the entire rental unit (excluding the utility room off of the kitchen) & 2 on premise/off street parking spaces.
All guests must be entered in the reservation before booking. Please enter the total amount when booking as unauthorized extra guests will be denied access and will not be allowed to stay. The maximum occupancy is limited to 6 adults.

Verified ID Required To Book:
Your identity on your Airbnb profile must be verified, you will also be required to fill out a guest arrival form where you will enter your passport or ID number in case of emergency.
No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties/Large Gatherings Please. Violators will be asked to leave and/or escorted out.*
Please be respectful of neighbors, this unit is in a very small apartment building. Remember to be mindful of your noise levels.
SECURITY DEVICES:
Minut decibel monitoring device will be on and used to monitor noise levels and number of devices connected to the WIFI to prevent parties (located in entryway between kitchen and dining area). This device also monitors apartment temperature levels, humidity levels, and mold risk to protect the property. *This is NOT and audio or video recording device.*
As an added security measure,
there is also an outside security Ring doorbell
camera at main entrance of the property. The camera is always on and recording all video/audio at detection of motion & doorbell rings 24/7.
*Potential for noise: Apartment community is very close to local hospital systems so there is potential to hear frequent emergency vehicle sirens. Noise-reducing blackout curtains and sound machines are provided in each bedroom to offset this potential for noise!
Pest control is scheduled for all apartments in the complex every fourth Tuesday, beginning at 5 pm. Gregory's Pest Solutions will need access to the apartment. If you will not be in the unit on this day, please let us know.
