Fully furnished 4 Private bedrooms to host 1 person in each of the 4 bedrooms at $1450.00 monthly. Each private bedroom has its own private door code. Each room is fully furnished with bed, study desk, mini frig. and has its own Heat/AC. We share 2.5 bathrooms, formal dining room, giant kitchen, washer and 2 dryers, private back yard, downstairs A/C, internet, One street parking passes for the neighborhood per guest, 3120 sq ft. fully decorated and landscaped. 2 Blocks away from Willamette Campus. We have 2 living rooms with large TV's great space to spread out. A private back yard with seating and a fire pit.
