Fully furnished with a large private yard, pool & hot tub, this 2-story home with mountain views features 4 bedrooms with a separate studio & pool house that offers extra space for work or leisure.
Located in Montecito's beach community, walking distance to the Beach (Miramar, Hammonds and Butterfly Beach) and next door to the Rosewood Miramar Resort.
