Positive: The complex was beautiful. Lots of plants and well maintained gardens. There were 2 pools and a baby one so we had two options and alternated throughout the week. There was also a large amount of seating areas and loungers some in the sun and shade which was cool. The restaurant was nice and served great food with good prices. Always a nice chill atmosphere and played music throughout the day that could be heard from the pool. There was a large presence of security in the hotel complex which was nice and no one could enter without a special fob. The apartment suite was big, it had a balcony and a washing machine and a fully functional kitchen. It was perfect for a week long trip.

Negative: The beds were not comfortable we found it very hard to sleep. After one night on the pull out sofa bed we had pains in our back from feeling the springs all night so my brother just slept on the sofa without opening the bed up for the rest of the week. More pillows are needed as the ones provided are so weak we ended up rolling the duvets in the wardrobes to make pillows just to keep our necks raised. The air conditioning is only in the main living room so when sleeping in the bedroom it is extremely warm as the ceiling fan does nothing despite being on all night there is zero breeze from it., perhaps it needs to be serviced. This resulted in us sleeping with all the doors open throughout the apartment and as the AC unit is located directly above the sofa bed at some stage my brother had to turn it off as it was blowing directly on him which meant the bedroom became extremely warm. The check in process was also strange. I didn’t realise I was renting a private apartment within the hotels complex so please note reception do not know anything about your stay so it was awkward when we first arrived and went to reception to check in. The owner had contacted me and told me that when I arrive to go to reception and they will scan our finger prints to allow us access to the complex and that they have our names, however when we arrived they had no idea about us and we had to call the owner. He never told us what apartment it was or even where it was located within the complex. It was all very confusing and awkward it would be nice if the owner met with the guests for a couple of minutes to handover the keys and explain the complex.
