Cozy and modern apartment, recently remodeled. Conveniently located a few blocks from downtown, near all shopping, dining, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc.. Very safe, quiet and walkable area even though a vehicle is highly recommended. Neshotah Beach is a 4 minute drive away and Lambeau Field is a 40 min drive away.
This apartment has one queen bedroom, with a walk-in closet equipped with hangers, iron and iron board, an attached bathroom brings a modern tiled shower and hair dryer. The eat-in kitchen is ample and fully equipped with brand new appliances, there is always ice in the freezer ready to be used and the water fountain on the refrigerator is safe to drink. Also included pans, pots, silverware, glassware etc.. In the large living area you will find a modern sofa along with recliners, also a 55 inch smart TV for guests entertainment. Summary: Rigo did an excellent job with this lovely little apartment. It had everything we needed for our vacation stay. Nicely decorated, comfy living room, bedroom, remodeled bathroom, and well-stocked kitchen. And Two Rivers was a great place to stay--excellent beaches, we hiked multitudes of miles on the Ice Age Trail, Mariner's Trail, Rowley's Point Trail (the last two are bike trails that can take you from Point Beach State Forest to Manitowoc--at least 3 hours worth of great biking), fun restaurants (try Cool City Brewing Company--makes great beer and is also a drive-thru coffee), and is home to the first ice cream sundae and fabulous Cedar Crest Ice Cream!
