Villa Els dos Caps is a bright and sunny villa that has recently been redecorated and modernized. There is wifi and satellite TV and all rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold).
The spacious, bright living room has a TV lounge corner and a separate sitting area with a lovely gas fireplace. There is a new open kitchen with cooking island and a dining area with a large dining table and comfortable chairs.
From the living room you can reach two bedrooms through the hallway and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. From the living room you can also reach the terrace with outdoor kitchen, garden and swimming pool. Via an external staircase downstairs is a separate apartment accessible, with two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The property is approximately 1000 m2, has a private swimming pool (5 mx 9 m) with a spacious terrace, a lounge set, sun beds and an outdoor bathroom with shower and toilet. At various places in the house and from the (roof) terrace you can enjoy sea view. Ibiza can be seen in clear weather!
There is a built-in outdoor kitchen with oven, dishwasher, fridge, induction cooker and a BBQ. Wonderful to relax in the evening during the warm summer months, drink a drink and eat. Even in the winter it is lovely to stay, with a glass of wine at the gas stove for example.
The bedrooms have good beds with new mattresses. There are two bedrooms with double beds (180-200 m and 160 x 200) and two bedrooms with two single beds, which can also be used as a double bed from 180-200. There are four bathrooms with shower and toilet, three of which are en-suite and there is a separate bathroom outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Finally, a washing machine and dryer are also available in a separate laundry room.
In short, this house is the ideal base for a relaxing and comfortable holiday in Jávea! In the district there are several restaurants and a small supermarket for the necessary groceries and fresh bread.
