★4 Queen size Bed and 1 futon sofa ( 4th queen bed is in the bonus room located on the ground floor, it would only be set up if you have more than 6 guests)

❤Fully equipped open kitchen with long counter and bar stools, ideal to entertain and cook at the same time. (No dining Table)

❤Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
We have a combination lock for the door, which makes check-in/out contactless and a breeze. Street parking on the street is available, however limited

The available unit is on the lower level of a 2-family house ( taking the 1st and 2nd floor) If you are bringing a car, there is ONLY Street Parking Available. Please ensure to check the sign before parking.

Summary: The house was immaculately clean. It accommodated our needs quite well. The lighting throughout is WAY too bright! This was mentioned by others in the guest book. Also, very minimal amenities, such as no extra pillows and very few towels. No bedside tables or drawers for clothing. Overall, we would give it a B+ rating.
