Positive: Beautiful view. Spacious. Large kitchen, living room and dining room.
Negative: House needs some updates. Many code violations and things not updated on website. My father is handiacapped.and we were very diappointed to find stairs on every level! No rails on the mail level where there were stairs. Main bath was NOT up to code. Can Not even sit on the toliet without knees hitting the shower. There is no room in between. They did compensate us for the comode we needed to purchase for my father since he could not use the bathroom on his own,.especially during the night. The stairs outside, do not have a railing. Windows, many are broke.and do not open or close, need replaced. King mattress very uncomfortable. Need more than 1 spatula, please. The coffee table.was broke and unstable. They said a.new one was on order. Should have just removed the old one. Have never stayed in a place with so many check out iinstructions!! Why are we paying such a high cleaning fee and do so much cleaning and laundry!! Check out is at 10am. Many rooms have very little or no acess on both sides of bed and.no.side.table.
Summary: Stairs on all levels, needs bathroom update on main. Lots of cleaning on check out.
