This bright and modern townhome is a spacious, tranquil retreat nestled into the largest Ponderosa Pines forest in the world. Completely remodeled in 2021 and located in the quiet, well-maintained neighborhood of Pinnacle Pines. A generous layout features 2360 sqft and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people with its 4 large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms Our Flagstaff location is perfect! We are across the street from Pine Canyon Golf Club, and only minutes from NAU, CCC, hiking, biking, Lake Mary, and downtown Flagstaff. Just 3 miles from Whole Foods and Sam's Club.
The Space
On the first floor, the living room opens to the dining area and kitchen, creating the ultimate modern open floor plan. Sliding glass doors open to a fully fenced backyard with a covered patio, gas grill, seating area w/ Firepit, and bistro string lights. The first floor also offers a half-bath and a game room with a shuffleboard, and a Golden Tee Arcade. There is also a desk to provide a designated workspace.
The kitchen boasts all new beautiful quartz countertops, new modern appliances, a gas range, and a large pantry. It comes with everything needed to prepare and serve a scrumptious meal including a slow cooker, blender, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee pot, and a Kuerig coffee maker.
On the 2nd floor, you will find 4 bedrooms with smart TVs in each, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.
•The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, separate shower and tub, king size bed, a sitting chair, and a large walk-in closet.
•Bedroom 2: King bed and sitting chair

•Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds
•The laundry room has a brand new, full-sized washer and dryer and an iron/ironing board.

Pets are considered, however, we asked that you keep "4 on the floor". Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Also, please respect the neighborhood and pick up after them outside.
