There’s something for everyone here at this sunny Florida home, located on the seventh tee of Oak Hills Golf Club! This wonderful location sits within three miles of several dining options and a supermarket - you can either dine at any of the great restaurants or stock up on groceries and prepare your delicious treats at home. Buccaneer Bay and Weeki Wachee Springs State Park are less than two miles from home. Two and a half miles away is Delta Woods Park for scenic walks and picnics.
Come back home from an adventurous day to cool down in your screened outdoor pool. This sparkling pool is for your use only and is a great convenience if you visit during the summer months (pool heat is available for an added fee). The screened patio also offers a gas BBQ and an outdoor dining area, creating the best spot for alfresco meals and warm-weather barbecues with your loved ones. There is also a shaded poolside lounge area.
Inside this air-conditioned home away from home, you will encounter one of the living areas and the dining area. Spread out comfortably on the large sectional as you read a favorite book or play board games with your friends. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
