Welcome to this modern and centrally located apartment in Berlin! The apartment is just a 2-minute walk from the nearest tram stop, making it ideal for travelers looking to explore the city.
Upon entering the apartment, you'll be greeted by a bright living space with beautiful parquet floors and a natural brick wall. It is a basement apartment, every room has windows and the apartment is very bright and modern. The living room features a cozy sofa with extra blankets and pillows. A large electrically retractable screen and complimentary Netflix make the living room its own home cinema and a perfect spot for movie nights.
The sofa in the living area is a special piece of furniture: It serves as both a bed and a sofa. The bed is a 140 cm wide queensize bed, equipped with a real wood slatted frame and a cozy mattress. Upon arrival in the apartment, the bed is already prepared and made up, so there is no need to assemble it. If needed, the bed can be folded up and used as a sofa. Additionally, there is another fold-out single sofa available, providing sleeping space for a third person. When selecting the sofas, particular attention was paid to quality and comfortable sleeping surfaces. You can rest assured that you will sleep as comfortably in them as in a bed.
Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and more. A dining table provides seating for 4 people, ideal for shared meals.
Through a small hallway, you'll find the spa bathroom. Here, you'll find a freestanding bathtub and a walk-in shower with an illuminated rain shower head for a luxurious spa experience. There is a freestanding natural stone sink. The entire bathroom is tastefully designed in a concrete look. Towels are provided free of charge.
For added convenience, there is a separate toilet with elegant black design fixtures.
