This renovated finca is located close to the beaches in the north, the Playas de Muro can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. The tastefully and modernly furnished house has a particularly beautiful outdoor area with views of the Tramuntana mountains and the bay of Alcudia.
First floor:
Here you will find the large, well-equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with direct access to the covered terrace. There is another dining table for 10 people with a wonderful view of the garden. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, all with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm) - one of which has direct access to the terrace - as well as two bathrooms with shower and WC. One of the two double beds can be separated into 2 single beds if required.
Second floor:
Upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds (one of which can be separated into 2 single beds) and a large, bright bathroom with shower and WC.
Outdoor area:
The outdoor area has been redesigned and is very tastefully laid out. In addition to the kidney-shaped pool, there is a large shaded terrace with four very comfortable outdoor beds and a practical outdoor bathroom with shower, WC and washbasin. You can relax on the covered terrace with a cozy lounge area. There is a small climbing frame with a swing and slide for children.
Pool:
10 m x 4.5 m, depth 100 cm - 210 cm, ladder access, cleaning with salt, pool heating.
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in 4pm-8pm, check-out by 10am. From June to September arrival and departure is only possible on Saturdays. The minimum stay is 7 nights.
Additional costs:
The 1st baby set (baby crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night). Tourist tax is included in the price.
Cleaning:
Final cleaning 150€, additional cleaning incl. change of bed linen and towels on request, the additional service is to be paid in cash on site, the final cleaning will be transferred before arrival.
