The duplex has a spacious open concept. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are all located in the main room. There are two bedrooms, one has a full size bed, the other has a queen size bed. Guests will enjoy their favorite shows on a 50 inch ROKU TV located in the living room.

Guests have the entire two bedroom duplex to themselves during their stay.

Summary: We were very impressed with the overall look & feel of the duplex. The 1st nite was wonderful! However, the walls must be VERY thin (no insulation between the units) because the 2nd nite, unit A was occupied & we could clearly hear loud conversations from unit A, while trying to sleep in unit B! Also, the floors, being cement, made the bathroom floor extremely wet & slippery after a shower. The rugs were helpful, but perhaps a larger rug for in front of the sink would help? So make sure you bring your house shoes! Other than that, the place is lovely.
