This beautiful property is located in a quiet neighborhood in the city of West Hills. This private property sleeps 13-16 people comfortably (depending on size) throughout the home with BBQ grill, & Heated Pool!

Our cleaning fee provides you with a clean and sanitary living space, heated pool, property maintenance, gardener, pool man, laundry machines, soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ towels/ paper towels/ toilet paper, blow dryer, iron, coffee, popcorn, kitchen appliances, cooking utensils and public utilities (clean water/ power/ gas).
RULES:
THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. During this time there is no amplified music, screaming or yelling allowed outdoors. You have the entire inside of the home to enjoy music and fun 24/7. You may use the pool at any time, but must refrain from screaming, yelling & splashing! You must refrain from disturbing the neighbors by gathering outdoors or in the street. Please keep everyone indoors during quiet hours.
No more people are allowed onto the property than agreed upon at time of booking. Friends & family are always welcome, however everyone must adhere to the Quiet Hours.

OUTSIDE QUIET TIME HOURS 10pm to 8am. NO EXCEPTIONS, music must be turned off by 10:00 PM or taken indoors. Complaints from neighbors can lead to immediate removal from the property with no refund. The city of Los Angeles is strict on noise regulations, therefore we must be as well.
QUIET HOURS INFORMATION:
Unfortunately, we have had issues with past guests so this message is necessary.
Local ordinance quiet hours are between 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Neighbors have been instructed to call the police if there are noises heard from their bedroom windows during quiet hours.
If police are called to the property, any citations issued are the sole responsibility of the guest. The property owners have also contracted a private security company to visit the property and remove all guests from the property with no refund.
Property owners will not tolerate any disregard of the Quiet Hours, and will contact local authorities.
If you want to continue your evening with noise, please take all socializing & music indoors and close all doors and windows. The pool is available for use 24/7, however splashing and yelling is not acceptable, especially during Quiet Time Hours 10PM to 8AM!
This property is located in a residential neighborhood where other people live. Please NO late night parties and DO NOT disturb the neighbors with loud noise during late hours especially on weeknights.
Please note there is absolutely no cigarette smoking allowed inside of any of the interior space. There will be an additional cleaning fee assessed for cigarette stench left inside the house.
The pool is cleaned weekly. Unfortunately there is not set date or time. Please allow for 1 hour to pass following pool cleanings to allow for chemicals to dissipate prior to entering the water.
Gardner comes once a week.
