This newly built home boasts 2,000 square feet of space under roof and very comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Make the most of this home's proximity to area attractions like The Villages Spanish Springs Town Square, World Equestrian Center and Lake Weir for fun with family and friends!

This quiet, spacious, clean and modern home invites you in and urges you to stay a while. Kick back and relax outside on the screened in patio with adirondack lounge chairs and flat screen TV as you make a drink and enjoy conversation, and/or a cigar while listening to the birds, frogs and wildlife in the area. Also on the patio is huge Kitchen Aid stainless gas grille to grille anything you want!
After a day out on the lake or exploring the area, head inside to unwind on the huge plush sofa in the living room highlighted by beautiful tile wood floors and adjustable/dimmable lighting throughout. Turn your favorite movie on the 65-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound and share a special evening with loved ones. On cooler evenings, you'll enjoy having the wood-burning fireplace in the living room for added warmth.
Pull up a chair at the island bar, grab a cocktail, and snack on appetizers as the chef of the group prepares a delicious feast for everyone in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Boasting Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, this kitchen has everything you'll need to cook at home with ease. When dinner is ready, take your seat at the custom made farmhouse dining table with seating for 6+ or the island bar and enjoy stories with loved ones over a nice meal.
The master bedroom features private doors leading out to the screened in patio, a huge King bed, 55-inch flat-screen TV with surround sound, and huge en-suite bathroom with walk in closet, plenty of room and even another 50” TV to watch while showering or relaxing in the huge soaking tub. Others will sleep soundly in the second bedroom featuring a queen bed with closets. The shared bathroom is plenty big enough and just as clean and modern as the rest of the house.

Bring your own boat to have some fun on the water when you visit or head to Eaton's Beach Adventures just 5 minutes away from the home on Lake Weir to rent your own pontoon boat, jet skis, kayaks, paddle boards, and sea cycles for non-stop fun on Lake Weir. Afterward, dine lakeside at Eaton's Beach Sandbar & Grill to round out the day or head to Gator Joes for a local experience just 2 minutes from the house. If you bring a boat, the Carney Island launch ramp is only a short 5 minutes away, is big and super easy to launch at.
Golfers will love being close to a number of courses in the area including Eagle Ridge Golf Club, Lakes of Lady Lake Golf Course, Baseline Golf Course, and Stonecrest Golf Club. For those not interested in hitting the links, The Villages Spanish Springs Town Square is a short 10-minute drive away and offers plenty of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment.
Horse lovers will love this area as well. The new World Equestrian Center is just a short drive away form the house along with all of the other equestrian activities in the Ocala area.
Visiting family in The Villages??? The house is only 10 minutes away from a number of the neighborhoods there too. With it being hard to rent a newer and bigger home in there with some of the HOA restrictions, this is the perfect alternative.
You can also spend a special day with the whole family at Disney World, an hour and a half from the house. See Mickey Mouse and all of his friends, ride thrilling rides, and make memories that will last a lifetime. An hour and a half to the east is the bustling city of Daytona Beach offering an abundance of activities for everyone to enjoy as well.
