Positive: Location was fantastic - easy ~3 block walk to take the bus downtown. Spacious living area with a light and airy vibe. Updated kitchen with coffee, etc. Plenty of on-street parking and easy access via door code.
Negative: A heating duct (for the upstairs rental unit?) ran up the wall in one of the bedrooms and was extremely loud every time the upstairs heat kicked on. Luckily we brought earplugs, but even with those it was intermittently noisy. The listing did not indicate that a security deposit was required and had to be paid *outside* of the Booking.com platform before the code to access the property was provided. Suggest that this is made explicitly clear in the listing.
Summary: Great location, spacious/airy living space, noisy bedroom.
