This first floor unit features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom includes one Queen bed with a bedroom set that has tons of drawers --- enough for multiple month stays. The master bathroom includes a separate vanity area. Walk-in closet and another large closet in master bedroom is more than enough storage for all your personal items.
The second bedroom includes two twin beds with full two closets and full bathroom. Also includes 34" flat screen TV. Incredible views of golf course from second bedroom! Bed linens and towels are included and stored in hallway linen closet. FREE laundry room. Laundry rooms with two washing machines and two dryers are located on each floor.
You will feel relaxed in the open concept living and dining room with lots of light. Beautiful ceramic tiles throughout the Unit. Updated, bright kitchen with breakfast table and fully stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Cable, internet, TV, electricity, water, trash removal, and WIFI are all included.
Access to two (2) heated community pools within easy walking access.
One pool is directly across the street. The other pool is just a few feet down Country Club Drive. Complete access to Clubhouse with exercise room and recreation room.
Unit has one designated parking spot that is located right outside the unit. Guest parking also available within condo parking lot.
