Newly remodeled 1950’s bungalow is a cozy retreat with convenient access both to West Seattle and the rest of the city’s attractions!
Open concept living and kitchen provides ample space to stretch out, cook and work. The home is well decorated with eclectic art and a relaxed modern bohemian vibe. The living room has couch, chairs, a dedicated work space, and a 65” TV that can be enjoyed while dining at the kitchen bar as well.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, plenty of closet space and flat screen TV’s. We provide luggage racks and free laundry bags to keep your clothes separate on the way home.
The secondary bedroom has a slider that opens to a covered patio and 2 person hot tub.
Kitchen is fully equipped with high end gas stove and stainless steel appliances, beautiful eating bar and, all the cooking utensils needed to create gourmet meals.
The wifi is rated at 900mbps for all of your streaming and work needs.
Bathrooms are stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, makeup wipes, hair dryers as well as the basics.
There is a washer and dryer for guest use and an ironing board and iron.
Keyless entry is provided for guest access. There is a one car garage onsite and plenty of street parking. Garage door opener is provided for every stay. Not returning the garage door opener immediately upon leaving the property incurs a $250 fine.
Downtown Seattle is 15-20m away, the main junction of West Seattle business are 6m away and the beach is 10m away. The stadiums and Sodo area are 10m away. The Fauntleroy ferry docks are 8m away.
We provide a pet free home. No pets are allowed on the premises. No exceptions. Evidence of pets on the property incurs a cleaning fee of $250.00
