Summary: I had a wonderful 3-day stay at Mina Suites in Monterrey and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The suites are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It felt more like having a private apartment than staying in a hotel. Everything was comfortable and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. The location is fantastic, close enough to everything I needed while still feeling quiet and safe. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made working from the common area an absolute pleasure, and the team kept bringing me coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The rooftop is also a hidden gem. It gets plenty of sunlight in the afternoon and is a great place to unwind. What really stood out to me though was the service. Edwin, the owner, was amazing, genuinely kind and attentive, and even offered to transport my friend who has a disability to a nearby restaurant on his electric tricycle scooter, which meant a lot to us. The entire staff were welcoming and helpful throughout the stay, and you can tell they truly care about making guests feel at home. If you’re looking for somewhere that combines comfort, convenience, and a personal touch, Mina Suites is a great choice. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Monterrey.
