Washington and Carter Notch directly from the condo. Quiet location less than 5 min to Story Land, and close to all the North Conway area attractions. Tons to see and do all year round - skiing, hiking, swimming, etc. Close to 5 Ski Resorts - Attitash, Wildcat, Cranmore, Bretton Woods & Black Mtn ski areas. Gas wood stove fireplace makes it nice and cozy in the winter. Fully equipped kitchen.
Spacious 1150+ sq ft 2 bed/2 bath condo sleeps 6. First floor updated walk-out unit with a well-stocked kitchen. Open concept dining room/living room leads out to a covered patio where you can enjoy breakfast, a cup of coffee, or a cold drink after a long day. Take in the beautiful views of the Mount Washington range right from the living room or primary bedroom.
Enjoy a cabinet full of games, puzzles, books, guides, and hiking maps. There are two backpacks as well as a small cooler for your convenience. In-unit washer and dryer available during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire condo
It is contactless check-in. You will be given a unique door code prior to check-in that will be good for the use of your stay.
This condo sits at the summit of Linderhof behind Story Land. The condo is within a 6-unit building. Enjoy beautiful views of the Mount Washington range and a grassy lawn where kids can play. The condo is located on the lower level (down 8 stairs) allowing you to walk right out the living room slider onto your private patio. Less than 5 minutes to Story Land and close to all the North Conway area attractions. Located high up on a hill enables you to have beautiful northernly views of Mt Washington, Wildcat and Carter Notch.
During the summer months enjoy North Conway village, local swimming holes, golfing, hiking, tubing, and more. In the winter months enjoy cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, ice skating, and more.
A car is necessary to get around and during the winter months a 4-wheel or AWD car is recommended
The condo is located on the summit behind Story Land with great panoramic views. In the winter 4-wheel drive/AWD is recommended.
Sorry no dogs or any animals of any kind. Please no smoking. No fireworks or parties allowed. Must be 25 years old to rent.
We hope you enjoy the condo & love it the same as we do. We ask that you please take note of some simple house rules.
Please be respectful of Quiet Hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Please be respectful of the property & neighbors at all times. Remember there is a unit above.
No smoking in the condo please (a deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking)
No parties or events. Registered guests only please. Maximum of 6 guests.
Please leave all trash in the trash bin located inside the utility closet right outside the door to the unit. Please bag it using kitchen trash bags supplied (no loose trash).
Please turn the heat down to 60 on both the wood stove & supplemental heater by the kitchen when you leave if you are renting during the colder months. The supplemental heater by the kitchen should be turned to "economy" when in use during the winter. The electric baseboard heat in the bedrooms should be set to 50 upon departure.
No food is to be left on the patio. This is super important as it will attract bears.
Make sure all windows as well as the living room slider are closed and locked when not in Unit
Please leave boots on the boot tray at the entry.
Sorry, no pets allowed but the owner does have a dog so if you are allergic to dogs this might not be the unit for you.
Unit's main source of heat is a brand new (2024) propane wood stove fireplace. There is supplemental heat for the condo as well.
There is no air conditioning. A/C is not usually needed as it cools off nicely at night being at the higher elevation. The condo does have 2 ceiling fans (1 in the living room & 1 in the primary bedroom) as well as 2 box fans.
Please note this condo is 1 of 6 in the building and it is the lower level unit so you will hear folks above you walking around if the unit above is rented. It can be minimal or louder if upstairs has little kids who love to run around.
Lastly, please let us know if you damage something or something isn't working the way it should so we can fix it for the next guest.
