Positive: The place was easy to find, and parking right in front of the house was convenient and always available. The house is new, thoughtfully designed for comfort, and fully equipped with everything needed to feel at home.

Negative: The house is located on the street, so when we wanted to open the windows for fresh air, there was some traffic noise. One evening we also heard karaoke from the street. There is no sound insulation, so we could clearly hear children running in the apartment above. Having only one bathroom and toilet was less convenient for four adults. The sofa was comfortable but too small for four adults, so we sometimes ended up sitting on the carpet.

Summary: A nice, well-kept apartment in a convenient location, with clear advantages but also a few downsides
