Summary: The house is well-worn. Not up to other vrbo property standards, although the washer, dryer, refrigerator, hot tub, and outdoor shower were all great. The yard needs major attention and sprucing up. Most house windows are completely obscured by bushes. Grass is sparse. Pool fountains not working and need to be cleaned out. However some of my family enjoyed the pool. Bed in master BR needs updating. Owner was very responsive to all of our texts.
