The Space:
This home has two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms, making it perfect for up to four guests. Each bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage space to store your belongings during your visit. The primary bathroom has a jetted tub, toilet, large sink and mirror and a shower. The bathroom on the main level ha a toilet and sink with a mirror. There is an outdoor shower as well!
The kitchen is fully equipped for you to use. Take advantage of the fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and full dining sets. A dishwasher is provided for your use. Enjoy dinner around the dining room table with seating for all six of your guests.
Enjoy the evening in the living room, kicking back on the couches and watching your favorite movies or shows on the projection screen on the wall, not your traditional tv! The projector has streaming capabilities so you can log into your own streaming accounts.
There is one full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower and on the main level there is a half bath. Weather permitting, there is also an outdoor shower.
You’ll love the houses outdoor space. Four private acres, screen in porch, outdoor shower, propane grill and plenty of seating.

-No pets are allowed at the house, even for a short visit
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.
-There is a floor light camera at the front door. Such security cameras are capable of recording video and audio and may have such features activated during your stay. Occupant shall not remove, alter, or otherwise utilize the camera.
