Take a step back in time when entering this cozy eccentric mid-century modern apartment. Filled with unique pieces of antique furniture, this home is a 2-bedroom 1 full bath duplex that comfortably sleeps 4 people. The living room is stocked with board games and a large smart TV to provide you entertainment during your stay. A quick 6-minute drive will have you in downtown very close to many attractions and great restaurants that the city has to offer. Including the Tennessee Aquarium, the famous Walnut Street Walking Bridge, and Coolidge Park! The kind gentleman who lives next door is the Owner of this home.
When entering the home, you will walk into the fully stocked kitchen that has everything you will need to cook yourself a meal during your stay. Plate-ware, dish-ware, silverware, pots, pans, etc. There is a coffee maker with a medium roast option provided for our guests. In the corner of the kitchen there is a small breakfast nook which is a great spot to have your morning coffee and read the local paper. There is a laundry cabinet with a large washer and dryer you are welcome to use during your stay. Past the kitchen is the open concept living room and dining area with an incredible antique dry bar that adds so much character to the room. Down the hall there are two bedrooms and one full bathroom. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds.

2. There is room to park 2 vehicles – 1 under the carport and 1 in the gravel area behind the home.
