Main living area- Large open space with sofa, smart tv, dining table for 6 and an additional seating area. Games and children’s toys provided.
Kitchen- Full updated kitchen with all the essentials that you need. Coffee and espresso maker, microwave, toaster, oven/stove, fridge and many other essentials.
Outdoor space- fully fenced backyard with pool and bar. Outdoor bar includes smart tv, sink and beverage refrigerator. Private pool with essential pool floats and toys provided. Lounge chairs around pool area and a separate deck with additional seating.
Bedroom 1- Queen bed with premium linens, dresser, smart tv and brand new ensuite bathroom with double vanity and rain shower.
Pack n play crib and booster seat located in master closet.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed and premium linens, desk/workspace. Shares guest bath with bedroom 3.
Guest bath- Brand new guest bath with shower and tub
Bedroom 3- Full sized bed (sleeps 2), premium linens
You have full access to the whole property. There is a guest suite next door where I live but it is separately fenced with a separate entrance.
I live in the guest suite and I am here if you need anything. Otherwise enjoy!
There is driveway parking for 3 cars. I take one spaces in the driveway, you will have 2.
