You can find a lot of places to eat like: Osteria (Italian food), Cream Parlor (ice cream and lunch), Pinch Kitchen and Bar, Papa John’s, Pizza Hut, Mc Donald’s, a supermarket, lots of coffee shops. If you are planning your vacation with the kids you will enjoy a park and the playground just 2 minutes away from the house.

When you walk in you will find the dining room and the first living room. Fully renovated by Italian chef kitchen will be on the left side. Walk further and you will find entertaining area with ping-pong/pool table combo. On the right side from the dinning area it will be 2 bedrooms: each bedroom has a queen size bed and a sharing bathroom.
In the front view there’s going to be other 2 bedrooms, one with 2 full-size beds and the other one has a king size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom.
On the left side of the house you will find the second living room and the master bedroom with a king size bed and private bathroom.
There you also will find laundry room with washer and dryer.
OUTDOOR:
Almost 12 thousand sqft lot has plenty space for entertainment. It is fully fenced that gives you complete privacy.
Enjoy a bbq with your family and friends, hot tub that comfortably seats 5 people, 36 ft pool with saline system.

The landscaping with clusias and palms gives this place a tropical feel. And the best treat: we have mango and avocado trees on the backyard (just check when there is a season and you can take mangos and avocados right from the trees).
