Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this home in July 2022. The home is very well equiped with everything you need. We really appreciated all the pool towels and that everything was clearly labeled in the kitchen. The only thing missing were forks, there were only 4. We chose this house because it had 4 King beds. All the beds were comfortable, though the A/C was a little uneven in the home. Some of us were warm at night and some rooms were chilly. Small price to pay for comfy beds and linens. The bunk rooms is very tight and not that practical so we ended up using it only for the 3 year old, which was.a waste. We had requested a second pack n play since we had 2 toddlers but neither would fit in that room. Not great that the kids had to stay in the rooms with the parents. (Side note: one of the pack and plays had an unsafe broken board that we asked to be replaced, but was never done). Another hightlight of the home is the pool. It was well taken care of and the outdoor grill area was nice. I know many rental companies love the putting greens and hot tubs, but at 110 degrees, we didn't need to practice putting or use a hot tub. I am sure in the fall or winter they are wonderful. The neighbor has a large pine tree that drops tons of needles all over the yard, putting green and patio that looked like had build up for quite some time and needed some attention. Luckily, the pool stayed clean! The nieghbors clearly do not like having a rental next door and we did our best to keep quiet and respectful and keep our cars in the garage. While there were no remotes for the garage doors, it was great to have access to the garage to keep the cars a little cooler in the summer heat. I do think the couch and some of the area rugs are ready for a refresh. There were some tears in the couch, making it not as comfy as we would like, but it made us slightly less worried having kids! If you like the Kierland area, I would highly reccomend this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood and is very well stocked and maintained.
