This is NOT the property for loud music or yelling around the pool or property. When entering or leaving the property no loud music blasting from cars and drive slowly as this is a family neighborhood.
Respectful groups only, not for the loud boisterous groups. You will forfeit your deposit at a minimum and/or be asked to leave.
Home sleeps 14 but anything above 10 people will need to be approved prior.
Additional security deposit done through Airbnb may be asked for at hosts discretion.
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. All pets must be discussed in advance and receive approval. Guests are subject to a non-refundable pet fee if approved.

Fence can be put around pool for your stay for an additional charge or $100. If installed on your own and not removed and placed back, there is a charge to remove it of $100
