Positive: convenient location - close to stores and the highway, good kitchen appliances, pet friendly, ample amount of dishes and silverware, clean toilets and bedding

Negative: several large pee stains on the carpet, odd smell inside - especially in the basement, steep staircase was difficult for my elderly father to navigate safely, random clutter in the closets made the condo feel less clean, the ceiling tile outside that was partially covering the basement window well seemed like an accident just waiting to happen because it was not strong enough to support someone’s weight and could easily be missed with heavy snow covering - adding a metal grate like the other attached condo would be a good idea

Summary: we didn’t love the condo but it was fully functional and met our needs
