Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location is amazing. 3 minute walk to Union Station to catch the Metro. Wonderful neighborhood with coffee shops, a corner deli and mini grocery store, 10 minute walk to Giant, 25 minute walk to the National Mall. A wonderful stay. Hostess was attentive and easily reachable via messaging, response time was within 20 minutes. On street parking was tight but doable ( do not bring a large SUV it will not fit ). Small patio in the back was perfect for morning coffee and late night beverages.
Negative: Parking is available and costs $25 per day. Wasn't expecting the additional charge, but not unreasonable.
Summary: An excellent place to come home to after a day (and some night time stuff) in D.C.
