Located in the beautiful Masthope Mountain Community, our home is ready to welcome you no matter what the season. By winter you can enjoy Ski Big Bear Mountain, Skiing, Snowboarding and Snow tubing, or just cozy up to the wood fireplace and stay warm.
By summer you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings on the porch, WALK down to the lake for a swim or enjoy the community’s pool.

You will have access to entire house except garage.
You will have access to all community amenities and must show guest pass to access it. There is a $7 per person, per day cost for access to community amenities

Other things to note
As of May 1, 2022 there is a $7 per person, per day cost for access to community amenities like Westcolang Lake, pools, river park, mini golf etc. If you do not wish to use the amenities, you do not need to purchase.
Amenity passes can be purchased at your discretion at the time of check-in at the poc community office.
All passes provide to renters must be returned at the end of the rental otherwise the office will charge the owner $10 for the first pass and $5.00 for each additional passes provided. These charges will be taken out of your security deposit.

POC Office Hours - Monday to Sunday 9am to 4pm
You will be required to sign a rental agreement, provide the names of everyone staying
with you and provide a photo ID for the lead renter.
THERE IS A 3 NIGHT MINIMUM FOR ALL HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
